Shipping Policy & Delivery

  • Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and create your order once you place it. Payment can be made by credit card or money order/EFT when you order.

Your order is considered complete after payment is made. We will send your order with our partnered shipping company as soon as the payment process is done.

All orders from our ddmk.com.my site are prepared, packed, and shipped within an average of 5 working days. Sometimes, this might take longer due to holidays, public holidays, pandemics, etc.

Note: If there’s an issue with your order (like needing a new photo), the production time may be longer.

We provide all customers with images of the designs for approval before printing. The sooner you reply to our email, the sooner we can print and ship your order.

After orders are shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number so you can track your package.

Average Shipping Time

Turkey: 2-5 working days

UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: We estimate orders will arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may extend up to 5 weeks.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over €100.

For orders under €100:

  • USA: €15 flat rate shipping
  • Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries: $15 flat rate shipping

Delivery Costs

All European Countries:

  • €15

United Kingdom:

  • €15

Norway & Switzerland:

  • €25

United States and Canada:

  • Delivery via FedEx or UPS takes 5-7 days
  • Standard delivery: €15

Worldwide Delivery with FedEx, UPS, EMS:

  • Prices may change for very large orders.

 

Please Note:

  • Sometimes, even if we design your orders the same day and send them to production, we can't control the delivery times of the shipping companies.
  • If your order needs a new photo, the design and production time may take longer.
  • We give you 3 days (72 hours) to approve your design. If we don't hear from you, we'll assume it's approved and start printing.
  • We can't accept requests to change or edit photos after you've submitted them with your order.

The seller is responsible for delivering the product in good condition, complete, and as described in the order, including any warranty documents and user manuals.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, DDMK is still considered to have fulfilled its obligation. Any damages from late pickup or return to DDMK are the Buyer's responsibility. If the product is to be delivered to someone else and they don't accept it, DDMK is not responsible.

  • You must update or change shipping addresses within 30 minutes of purchase. Check your confirmation email and contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
  • We cannot ship to military addresses. If you provide a military address at checkout, we will email you for a new address. If the new shipping cost is different, we will invoice you for the difference and proceed with your order once paid.
